I think you wait. This is more an indictment of JGrudens future then need. This year with this trade we only have a 1st and 2nd. Next year we should gain a 3rd for compensatory. Smith is our starter for the next 2 years minimum so let's use this draft to build the team lines.

IF Gruden can't get us in the playoffs with Smith then you let him go and let the next coach draft a qb to groom.
IF Gruden gets us in the playoffs then in 2 to 3 years we draft a young qb to take over when Smith is on the final years of his deal.
