No matter how wadded my panties were, 44 million would turn that shit into straight satin. Cousins always came of as a baby to me about the whole thing. And all he said were generic statements about being wanted and shit. I won't miss his butthurt.
If Alex can play well for 2 seasons and we pick a QB next year to take over in year 3 that be perfect. Or if Alex is still balling in year 3 the young guy can learn for a couple seasons, that would also be perfect. This has worked out well in the past in the NFL. And I don't see him falling off in 2 years, he keeps himself in good shape.
