See Baltimore with Joe Flacco. You do have an option to overpay for talent or lack there of. Jimmy is such an unknown, so it's even more foolish.

It would be different if the team was a QB away from knowing they can win a SB, that team is ass and needs a shit ton of talent, now it will be like the colts roster or ravens roster, QB and avg players all around him.
