Watkins would prob come cheapest but he's had injury concerns, so is he another Reed?

No to Watkins. Always hurt. We need someone reliable. If we did sign him, it would have to be like Pryor, 1 year prove it deal.

How about Wilson from KC? He's a solid #2 and Smith knows him well

Allen Robinson or Paul Richardson would be my top 2 FA choices. Landry will probably be too expensive and we already have Crowder in the slot.

Add Richardson or Robinson, with a healthy Reed, and a 1st or 2nd round RB, and we could be loaded.

If Reed could give us 12 games I'd be thrilled.

@PFF Desean Jackson had 1 drop all year...

1.96% drop rate 3rd best.

He and Garcon should have been kept and paid.

You know what is even sadder the Skins could have drafted Jackson instead of Kelly Davis that year.

I thought for sure the Redskins were keeping Garcon or Jackson. I didn't think they could have kept both, especially if they had intentions of keeping Cousins long term.

Letting Garçon and Jackson go was the right move for the $. If you want to argue that we should have pushed to keep one of them ok. But both? It wasn’t going to work.

Agree. We would be in cap hell right now with both those guys.

I love them both as players but not paying them was the right move. The mistake was not bringing in an adequate replacement. Just a serviceable receiver would habe made a huge difference.

Anthony Miller from Memphis would be a good Tyreek Hill type player.

Jackson was a flop in TB, wonder if they would move on or trade him for a salami sandwich

7.5 million dead cap hit in 2018 with an 11 million cap hit for the season.

10 million 2019 or no cap hit to cut.

So it would be essentially a one year 11 million dollar contract to trade for him.
