Maybe it's 100% accurate, but maybe it's something the Skins told Fuller to make him not hate them too much, or maybe it's close to something the Skins told him and Fuller is twisting it a bit to make it sound like the Chiefs wanting him badly.

Can be any of the 3 above, or a mix of all of them. Truth in these negotiating matters is a hard thing to grasp.
