Until the next guy says I want that. Much like what happened with the rookies if guys are losing money to one player they will want a cap.

If Kirk Cousins wants to win, some teams just don't make sense - Washington Redskins Blog- ESPN

Agree with this. Outside Minnesota and Jacksonville, the other teams aren't really ideal for "winning". You might add the Broncos on that list but they don't have the cap room really to sign him and I doubt he's going to take a team friendly deal. So if it's about "winning", it comes down to two teams.

I've always liked Keim, he does a good job of summing up Kirk's options here.
