We haven't had a TE who can do both in decades, so what makes you think the Skins will all of the sudden find one? Besides, the opponent's defense almost always loads up vs.the Skins on 1st down and our genius HC calls a running play into the teeth of the D. So, we might as well have a role player at TE who can block.
