Who knows the exact time that became fact. Snyder started poisoning that well right off the bat when he gave RG3 the keys to the city and meddled when Shanny wanted to move on from Griffin. Smith was also treated very poorly by the 49ers way worse than Kirk had it here, yet he never complained and was a good teammate. Nothing against Kirk, he just doesn't have the thick skin that Alex Smith has.
