I accept your argument. Please support your thesis with multiple examples, i.e. don't point to Brady (aka the GOAT) and use him as the sole example of modern trends supporting your argument.

Drew Brees is 39. Favre was beat to hell and played till how old? Philip rivers, and Eli are 36 or 37 and will go a few more years.
Same with big Ben.

I qualified it "IMHO." Some may agree. Some may disagree. Comparable QB's in my mind. One older and cheaper. One younger and wanted out.

Moving on.

The whole spat between people who are hating on Cousins and those that are trying to defend him is getting old. Both sides need to move on.

I agree, it’s beyond ridiculous at this point, I’ll do my part and bow out... haters you win, Kirk is basically no better than McCown or Keenum, the Vikings are like a Vinny Ceratto clown show, Kirk is clearly all about the money by taking less than NY would have paid, did I miss anything?

Now I’m done

Re: Thank You Kirk Cousins Thread

I respond a lot in this thread. That's cuz sometimes you see a post and impulse control goes OUT THE WINDOW

Lets PLEASE lock this thread, to help us help ourselves. then when we meet Cousins in the NFC Championship next year we can open a new one.

I doubt anything will happen in the offseason that will prompt ANYONE to make a new KC thread (might be a bannable offense) but since it's the offseason, if there is a thread like this it will never die ...

I wonder how Homer Simpson feels about Kirk.

We tried reasonable debate. We tried making a reasonable request. We made strong but still respectful demand.

... and yet the thread remains open. Fine, you leave me no recourse.

I shall now troll this thread mercilessly in an effort to shut it down. For those tired of the drama, please join me.

In all seriousness, Kirk was great for us. We should build a statue of him outside of the stadium (maybe one of him and Ryan "The Legend" Grant).

You're a fool who knows nothing about QB play in the NFL. Your fawning fan-boy love for Kurt is disgusting and kind of creepy.

Maybe they should put the statue in your bedroom so that you can have some "alone time" with your man-crush.

Kirk Cousins is the greatest QB since pigs began fearing for their skins.

Oh, I'm crazy alright. Crazy mad the Skins have let the reincarnation of Sammy Baugh walk out the door.

Your hating is just proof that you are an inept at everything QB related. If you are criticizing Capt. Kirk, it's because you know nothing and cannot recognize greatness when it plays out before you.
