So now Kirk finally gets to have the same experience that RG3 had when he first came to Washington.

Washington rolled out the red carpet for RG3.
Minnesota is rolling out the red carpet for Kirk.

RG3 was expected to be the difference maker. Now we finally have the QB that can take us to the top.
Kirk is now the difference maker for Minnesota. He will be the one that can finally get them to the top.

RG3 had an amazing college resume that shows he's the one that can do it.
Kirk has an amazing resume from Washington that shows he's the one that can do it.

RG3 always said the right things in public.
Kirk always says the right things in public.

RG3 got all the media attention.
Kirk is getting all the media attention, and since that's not enough he's creating his own.

At the time of RG3's signing, he had 100% potential.
At this time for Minnesota, Kirk has 100% potential.

At the time Washington took some big hits to get RG3.
Minnesota is taking some hits to get Kirk.

Kirk is finally getting the attention he deserves. In your face Snyder. Revenge is sweet. I hope he can back it up on the field.

Why is Dan at fault here? I never understood linking Kirk's decision to Dan... I'm glad Dan didn't break the bank for Kirk... So why else would this be a stab at Dan?

No one likes to be slighted or disrespected, and you don't forget it when you are.

I think Kirk thought that he was better than RG3 from day one. Hell Shannahan wanted Kirk.

Snyder was in RG3's jock from day one. Even when he sucked Snyder was still in his jock.

Then you have the Cleveland game, and Snyder ignores Kirks win.

That stuff can go deep.

It's no accident he came up with the phrase "You like that."

Here's the thing, if I am not selected before another QB because that other QB was by far a better athlete, I can't be too mad. The fact the team even drafted him and took many shots from the media to do so says enough. The skins liked Kirk and IMO treated him just fine until the KURT comment

I admit I'm building a case with incomplete information. So it's just my two cents and something to talk about during the offseason.

Maybe. Cousins said he was just fired up. Haven't ssen him or anyone connected to him say any different.

There is a segment of the fan base especially those who feed on the local media who will hate Snyder and Allen no matter what.

Did you forget how Dan gave RG3 the keys to the city with all the perks him & his family got other players did not get? Then he meddled when Shanny wanted to move on from RG3 to Kirk. Kind of like your grandma telling you your brother is her favorite grandchild and not you. Snyder poisoned the well for Kirk in the beginning.

Call me old fashioned but I don’t see what’s wrong with actually meeting your new employer and seeing where you’ll be working the next 3 years before you sign. Same for the Vikings actually getting to sit down with a guy they’re going to pay $84m to.

Granted it’s all a formality more than anything, but some would argue the Texans wish they had met with Osweiler before they signed him, they may have went in a different direction if they had.

Research what happened to Alex Smith in San Francisco if you don't know all the details. Alex Smith had about as bad a time as any highly drafted QB could have had, yet never uttered an unkind word and was the perfect teammate and team player. Alex Smith has very thick skin and is the exception to the rule. Unlike Alex I believe Kirk is either normal or a little thin skinned. I admire Alex, but hold no grudge against Kirk.

Alright Admins. I don't know about anybody else, but I'm ready for this thread to be locked and us to finally move on from Kirk Cousins. He's moved on. Let's put this in the past.
