It is normal to not only resign the qb that led the team to NFC championship game but telling your leading rusher take a pay cut or your gone?

It is not hate to point out a team not only did not resign their qb that lead them to the NFC championship game but is asking their leading rusher to take a pay cut. All to sign a qb to the richest contract so far who is losing record against teams over 500.

If the Skins had signed Mo Wilkerson to crazy money and started cutting players I would be saying things exact same thing about the Skins.
