Catches will also be debatable, but they do need to move away from the idea that it needs to be perfect

Just so I understand. When he says "Slight movement of the ball, it looks like we'll reverse that", meaning, a slight movement in the ball as long as it's in the receiver's hands will be a catch? And, "Going to the ground, it looks like that's going to be eliminated." I'm assuming this was the Dez Bryant catch?
