I certainly feel for Redskins management for having to face criticism just because THEY ARE LOSING and doing little to fix the deficiencies that cause the losing. Here's an idea for Jay: Just WIN and the criticism will abate.

Honestly though, there have been several sources from other teams and guys who cover the team closely (JP Finley) that don't see the level of dysfunction that once existed and believe that Gruden is leading the organization in the right direction.

In a way, I do feel for Jay having to answer for the mistakes of those that came before him. I'm not saying he's made no mistakes himself, but it must be annoying to have your approach questioned with skepticism constantly when you feel you have been making progress.

I honestly think that any Skins fan that is upset about the way they've handled FA for the past 4 years must have been in a coma for the preceding 10.
