I don't think he can. During the giants game in 2016, they moved Trent over to guard for a few series and Ty played tackle.

Trent was still the best player on the field and dominated but said after the game he hadn't practiced at guard.

If Ty could play guard, he would have in that situation.

He's played G before I can't remember the game but I'll try and find it. I remember the game u mentioned tho.

EDIT: Ty Nsekhe could move from tackle to left guard with Trent Williams' return | NBC Sports Washington

This link doesn't work but they mentioned him playing G when TW came back

I think we’d like to put him at left guard. I think we were excited at the thought of having him and Trent on the same side. Unfortunately, we haven’t been able to keep them both on the field for very long and see how that works out. Ideally, if Trent is able to play the last four games and Morgan gets healthy, I’d like to leave Ty at left guard and see how he does – see how he progresses at that position.
