The gold is dumb, unless they add it to the helmet because its doesn't match

Damn SI, at least get the man's name right.
I never knew the glory days of Matt Millen, only the "glory days" of Matt Millen's FO career. With that being said it sounds like a shit way to go so best of luck to him in his fight. |

Re: Around the NFL Post Draft News.
Just saw a headline saying it's been 500 days since Luck threw a pass in a game.. Holy shit. Is he done? Who would have thought RW and Kirk would have been the best QB's in that draft.

Re: Around the NFL Post Draft News.
Not sure Luck is done. We'll see how he does over the summer. I am pretty sure Indi is counting on his return.

It's really the Colts fault though. They got away with not protecting PManning because of his abilities, and they thought they could do the same with Luck, but he really isn't anywhere near PManning even when fully healthy. |

Re: Around the NFL Post Draft News.
I think it’s safe to say Luck is on quite the uphill climb to get back to being a high level QB.

Re: Around the NFL Post Draft News.
At this point I'd bet that he was about done, or a Sam Bradford type

To be clear, he may or may not be back. I think Indi is counting on him coming back as the starting QB. While not a given, I think it more likely than not he will. Regardless, after that long a lay-off and given the nature of the shoulder injury, I just don't think he will ever be as good as was - and I have the same opinion of him that CRed does. Even if he returns, he will be average and it will be a struggle for him to even be considered anything more than that. In addition, he will likely be a high injury risk and have a short career. So will he back? I think probably. Will he ever again be considered a top tier QB? I think that is highly unlikely.

He was the clear cut favorite and the next Elway to many.. Crazy how the draft can really shape out.. Look at Luck and RG3 back to back, both had great rookie years and since then....
