Great book. Its the reason I got out of the business 20 years ago, which was his whole purpose of writing it. Always thought it was Pretty hypocritical of him ripping on the “tv star chefs” though since he sort of turned into one himself when given the opportunity. His poor wife and 11 year old daughter. |
