I saw that too. Personally, I have no idea if this is some quid-pro-quo deal or not but if it is I hope Mueller's investigation wraps it up before the next Justice is confirmed. I fully expect it to be in line with Trump's nominating the worst possible guy/gal for critical positions. Still, even if there are too many "incidental" coincidences I don't expect anything to come of it. We are looking at a conservative SC for the next 30-40 years imo.
