If i understand right Kennedy's son would be in a huge position to damage Trump due to his work at DB on Trump's dealings. And clearly if Kennedy's son had knowledge of damaging evidence I think it is reasonable to think he would let his father know not to Trust Trump. If Kennedy was told by his son not to trust Trump, I doubt Kennedy would resign, instead staying on the bench adjudicate any Mueller rulings. I guess maybe you could see him stepping down so he would not have to recuse himself thus opening Mueller rulings subject to a potential 4-4 tie. But retiring and allowing Trump to select his successor seems like a draconian way to avoid that outcome.

Fairly dismissive comment. Not very useful in a forum about discussions.

But to try a civil response.

I like the general direction of the country under trump. I wish that there was a less abrasive social environment, but in a free speech democracy you should not want or expect group think.
I wish that, rather then each side demonizing and ascribing bad intent to the other, that both sides would look for the rational parts of the other sides positions and work toward a solution that satisfies the substantial majority(70-80%). There are some people on both sides that cant easily be satisfied, and there are some on both sides that should NOT be accomodated, but everyone should have the right to openly discuss their strongly held beliefs. Discussion does not mean physical violence and those on either side who bring violence into civil discourse should be arrested.

My point isn't that the polls have him at a favorable rating - they don't, BUT the last combined polling showed him at around 43% and generally climbing. So in your mind 43% of the country is a cult?

And that 43% is with msm and social media constantly posting negative stories/russia russia russia crap. Media get trumped. If his personality were less negative he likely would have an even higher number. There is a lot of support for his policies, though liberal zombies will never admit it.
