This makes me nervous actually. Galvanizing type deal. Hopefully it throws them for a loop but maybe not. I would guess McNabb will play now. He is a gamer and won't leave the team short if there's any chance he can play.

If we can't beat them now with all this going on, then we don't deserve to be in contention for the division crown. This is the time when good teams put their foots on the necks of their opponents. Redskins need to go out, play crisp, smart and efficient football and put these punks in their place. If Philly wins, we HAVE no heart. Period.

Damn man, thats kind of a crappy statement to make. I certainly will never believe that no matter what happens.

Re: T.O. Suspended!

I dont know if i like him not playing this game. He is a great on-field player but:

1. We have been preparing for TO all week. Shawn Springs said on Redskins.com he would rather have TO play so he doesnt have to learn a new WR.

2. This might motivate the Eagles to play harder than they already would.

3. I want to see Sean Taylor make a punishing hit on him.

I just think saying that if the skins lose they have no heart is a crappy thing thing to say. The Redskins play with heart every time they walk onto the field. The attitude isnt needed.

In my opinion, the Redskins played with no heart last week. Whether the attitude is needed or not, it's here. Deal, or don't respond, champ.

Thats your opinion and I've got mine. I disagree with yours. No need to be an a-hole bro.

I actually disagree. To me, it was one of those games you could just tell within the frist two drives of the game, what the outcome was going to be. It just never really seemed like they had that spark and fight. I think they husstled, but didnt play with heart, theres a difference. Playing with heart isnt just somthing you can flip on and do, the team as whole just looked like they didnt want to be there. They still hustled, but they just didnt seem into the game. Its a huge concern when a team comes out like that, but at the same time I actually felt better about that loss because of that fact.

Well said.

But if we do win, and that's still a big if, the pundits will put asterisks all over a Redskin victory because the Eagles didn't have Owens and (more than likely) McNabb.

To tell you the truth Owens or not the Redskins will have a up hill battle in the game sunday! Last week game against the Giants showed just how far this teams is away from the play-offs! With out most of our draft picks next year I see more hard times ahead. One of my biggest problems with this team is it's over rated O line. They could do nothing last week! Over payed and middle of the road or bottom of the league at best. We need to get back to our roots and use the draft. These past ten years show me we need people that know who and how to draft players. Its the front office that has been the big failure! It's hard to speck the truth and there is much more. I love the Redskins and hate to see this year in and year out.

Tomorrow should give us a better, if not definite, idea of whether the loss to the Giants was just an aberration or a reflection of the true Redskins. I tend to think it's closer to the former.

As for the O line. 3/5ths of the starters were drafted by the Redskins (and it's not like Rabach and Thomas are slouches). So what do you mean by get back to our roots and use the drafat?
