The Obama administration previous foreign policy strategy with handling the Arab Spring and other Middle Eastern geo-political matters was a proven failure.
...anytime Chico is given an opportunity "to tirade" about Terrorism...external (nice word) or Islamic(bad word) in this case...well, we know that train is never late.
