We need him to get better but reality is it takes time. I just know he went 11-4 in that first season as a Chief, while he was learning the ropes, and God willing it will be the same here. Can we win a SB with Smith playing like this? No. But we knew that. Allow for the possibility he'll get better as he plays here, and draft for the possibility he won't.
