THe same thing is being said over and over again, and it comes back to one thing. Leadership. This team has absolutely none with Jay Gruden as a head coach. FUCKING FIRE THIS MAN ALREADY.

I said earlier Gruden is a players coach. He coaches to be liked, I’d stake my life on him just letting dudes skate by, he let an injured dude play a whole game despite being awful. This team needs a coach who will ride them hard and will craft them into the best players they can be with discipline, leadership and being a dick when it calls for it but also showing your players mad love when they crank it out and earn it. Gruden is just soft. You look at that man in the eyes and can tell... he sits down when he pees.
