This is what I was talking about in the other thread. These are the game changers you pay (or even overpay) big money for. If you gave me the option of having him and McCoy as your starting QB for 26 mil (23+3) in cap figure or one Alex Smith for 23 million. It's a no brainer. Not even fucking remotely close. Why overpay for marginal talent? Teams need to stop overpaying for average, and set aside the big money for real game changers.
The Rams have no chance to take it all the way w/out Goff. He's their MVP. Look at Denver? Miller isn't taking Denver anywhere. It's still a QB league. The teams w/ the best ones or ones that are playing the best are the best teams... KC, Rams, Saints

Case Keenum has beaten the Chargers and Steelers 2 weeks in a row, that's who I wanted the Redskins to sign. He's not great but gets the job done and did't cost a shitload of $$$$$$$$$.

Sorry he does. You could get similar production from Colt over 16 games.

I'd go far as to say that Gurley is their MVP. Over 1,000 yards rushing through 12 weeks and 17 TDs.

Gurley is the MVP, the most overlooked player in the game imo. He allows Goff to have time in the pocket and great coverage to throw against. Goff is good, but no Gurley, his numbers aren't close to this.
