He won't play this season. And he will have a laundry list of requirements he will need to fulfill to even get to a point where they will consider removing him from the list.

He'll have to do a ton of counseling as well as who knows what else. And if he screws it up, he won't play next season either. But he will still get paid.

I'll take your word on that. If anybody would know all the ins and outs of a player suspension it would be a Cowboys fan.
