Was just lookin back at our last 6 or 7 drafts. That is certainly an area where we need to improve if we want to get better. It is no wonder we have no depth, and that we stink. We do ourselves zero favors in the draft. For every Jamison Crowder we have 5 or 6 Josh LeRib’s. I actually feel sick from looking back at them.

Why would williams come here? He’s already in Cleveland and that job is much more attractive. Stable front office, oodles of young existing talent and plenty of draft picks and salary cap space.

They are the best head coaching job expected to be open - by a mile. They’ve got so much talent - and a quarterback - which is essential for the success of any coach, but especially a defensive minded one. Williams is set up for success.... why leave that for the dumpster fire that is the Washington redskins.
