Should Gruden be fired ?

From reading through these comments, apologies if I am remaking someone else's point, but two things occur to me

1. Is writing off of $10m of Grudens contract more expensive than an emptying stadium and tanking sales of merchandise ?

2. Canning Manusky, heard the Radio guys mention this aswell, but if you assume you are going to give Gruden one last chance, who is going to want to be DC for a year for a HC who could get fired by mid-season? And if you have made your mind up to fire Gruden at the end of this season, which seems likely barring a heroic run into the playoffs, what is the point in canning Manusky now?
