I would be a terrible owner because I never know when it's time to cut a guy loose.
We're .500 after being decimated by injuries. I doubt the rest of the NFL thought we'd finish above .500. Sure, we were 5-2 but it's not the end of the world. I don't think I'd fire Gruden. His team fights hard.
