It's not all about the W/L with Jay, I understnd injuries are hard to overcome like we have had. Even when the team was healthy and 5-2 , Jay was not doing jack shit with the play calling and adjustments. He's not a good HC

Gruden should of promoted Jordan Reed as the QB instead of signing Josh Johnson, I bet Reed is better. Sarcastic post.
