I don’t agree. We’ve seen the DCs change, but the results are the same. The common denominators are Allen and Gruden. Also, it was them that picked these coordinators, and passed over people like Wade Phillips. At what point do you hold the decision makers on picking these DCs responsible!!??

The defense was the only bright spot at the start of the year. We’ve seen 3 coordinators. Can’t keep blaming them. This is a bigger problem.

I keep reading that we passed over on Wade Phillips but I was under the impression that he chose the Rams over the Redskins. Did the Redskins actually pass on him?

This 'only hire people you know' stuff is fucking idiotic to me. Honestly I don't understand it. I'm a hiring manager, I cast as wide a net and get the best possible resume I can, I don't care who they are. And I can't understand why it would be any different in football. It's poor leadership by Gruden.
