Dan Snyder is the exact reason why we need to can Allen and hope Snyder opens himself up to an expansive search. If Snyder goes with someone he's familiar with, we've shot ourselves in the foot from the jump.

All the same people who called McVay a prodigy and predicted his rise are saying the same type things about Smith.

We might have something special here, just like with Mcvay.

I’m with you, I don’t care if Smith is associated with this regime, so was McVay. Many around the NFL praise Smith according to Keim and Findlay, that’s good enough for me and this years draft picks.
