I have mixed feelings in the aftermath of this cut. He has talked way more then he should have and Not that most of his statements weren’t justified. But the fact that it happened now leads me to believe these Jay and/or Bruce will still be there next year. And that scares me.

Atleast if Jay stays I hope that he takes this as a wake up call. The players aren’t suppose to be his friends. He’s their boss. We need leadership in the coaching staff that can demand respect instead asking for it.
