My thought is don't do it. 3rd rounder yes, 1st rounder no. Rosen isn't any better than Rypien is or was coming out. And he didn't do anything last year to say he's a can't miss type of player. Where is Rypien going to go? Probably somewhere in the 3rd or 4th round. Redskins need to be patient and don't do anything stupid. Dan should just tell Bruce to go pick up his dry cleaning when the front office is discussing QB's cause Bruce will do something stupid as he's done since McNabb.

Rypien is a developmental QB, Rosen is ready now. It’s a win now league, I’d give up our 2nd for him

It is hard to make an assessment of Doctson when the qb play and play calling has been so horrible.

Doctson gets zero seperation....obviously he's not an option because he doesn't get open....keep in mind his 2017 stats with Cousins at QB was basically extremely similar to his 2018 stats.....it's not the quarterback or the other things you sighted....the problem is Doctson.

I think after a few years we pretty much know what Doc is. I hope I'm wrong and he has some kind of breakout season, but he just doesn't have the "it" factor. He's just a plain old Jaguar w/out the V8 engine.
