I'm not watching the press conference but from the tone here it seems Gruden has been worn out by this mediocre season. Maybe we are looking at a full rebuild.

Also if Gruden has no idea why he's even having a press conference why is he even up there?

Well, according to Gruden - if he's back nothing changes - he keeps Reed, Crowder, PSmith if he is affordable. It's not going to be a full rebuild if JG stays.

As to why he was up there, it probably was standard practice to have a Monday recap, but it sounds like the whole team is in standby mode waiting for word from the top. If nothing changes Gruden said that the coordinators will give him their evaluations by Friday...
