I'm getting to the acceptance stage of the grieving process. Be watching next year for progress from our younger guys and this years draft class, not for wins, won't be many of them.

lol this sums up my previous middle of the night post last night. Can do nothing more than shake my heads at this point and hope the coaches re-gain the fucking locker room during the off-season.

All owners have "final say." Generally, the Head coach would be in the drivers seat when it comes to pursuing coaches to add to his staff. He would probably run his list of candidates by the GM and Owner and perhaps ask for their help in wooing the candidate, but it would be the HC leading the push.

This report indicates Snyder was the leading the effort - possibly without the involvement, let alone endorsement, of his GM or Head Coach.
