Unless they are going to fire Gruden before training camp, not consulting him or informing him about player interest is about as pathetic as it gets. How in the hell did Snyder get filthy rich as a businessman and operate the Redskins the way he does? It makes no sense.

Sorry, I'm not buying the idea that he is uninformed with what's going on in free agency. Just because he doesn't get a phone call every time a free agent is signed, doesn't mean he wasn't involved. This year's potential free agents have been known for months, and I'm sure they put together their target list long ago - after the season ended. He's not the one signing the checks, or working the cap space, so as far as free agency goes, his work is done really. It's Bruce, Doug, and Eric's job to give him the best players they think they can afford, and that fit the schemes, and his job to coach them.

EB of the Junkies is all about gossip. Gruden may not be happy because he works for shitty people like Allen and Snyder, but they did extend him and he's made life changing money.
