Tanking could be for one yr, I don't see them doing so because of all the guys needing to save asses but it's been a weird O/S so far

It's been a very typical Bruce offseason IMO. The once every few years big move in Collins (like Jackson and Norman) and the usual influx of bargain priced fresh off the scrap heap types.
