I have rarely seen anyone that used artificial means to look younger not have some type of strange unnatural look to them. You can pretty much tell a mile away if someone has had a facelift. I wonder if some of those people think they are really fooling anyone? I think many would look better if they left themselves alone.

My wife had a nose job back years ago. If she had never told me about the nose job, I would have never known. You can't tell she had plastic surgery. I think if it's minor changes, like one nose job and maybe a nip and tuck here and there, that's fine. It's when you get the people who have several nose jobs, botox , and basically looks like joker after awhile.

A nose job isn't in the type of surgery I was directing my comments about as nose jobs don't try to make you look younger.

I don't know about that. As you age, your nose does continue to grow some, so getting a nose job can make a person look younger. But I do understand what you're saying.

Absolutely. I don't plan on having any "work" done unless I have the disposable income and it's something very minor. I'd never cross into Michael Jackson land lol!

Part of getting older is also, hopefully, getting wiser. Part of getting wiser is just kind of accepting what your genetics gave you for your body and face.

I'm not saying that getting a nose job is bad if you have an enormous snout, or having a reasonable boob job if it makes a woman feel more attractive.

But I agree with you that 80-90% of the plastic surgery doesn't look that good and makes you stare MORE than what they had before. Some plastic surgery just turns out BAD. Every surgery is a risk. Is it really worth it?
