Sheehan rightfully points out, every Skins fan is tired of players, coaches talking out their ass and not backing it up on the field. Sheehan saying Rob Ryan and I quote "should shut the f*ck up" and says John Allen takes the right approach saying, we done nothing and we got a lot to prove. Sheehan says Snyder should tell the Defensive coaches they are all fired if they aren't a top 5 defenses...cause we have serious invested draft capital and money (Collins) to be that.

But its the flagrant talking out the ass...its annoying.
