Keim had an article about how the Skins screwed up the offseason from the start by not firing him in January. He is dead on.

They absolutely should have fired him vs carrying him into this lame duck season where Snyder/Allen picked a QB at 15 overall. Should have fired him and let the new HC pick his QB. Now we have a tired beaten lame duck coach catching flax from everyone because he is not playing a raw rookie who is not ready because the coach respects the other 52 players to put together the best team that win that week vs sacrificing games so a raw rookie QB can "get his reps".

Everything is so ass backwards with this organization. It should be:
pick GM then GM picks HC then GM and HC pick QB. Give GM, HC and QB 4 years to figure it out.

Instead owner picks QB then has to find a HC who will agree to commit to a QB he didnt choose. Oh and .. the owner sucks at identifying and picking winning QBs so there is that.

Why are we blaming Gruden for any of this shit show? Because he is taking a lot of crap for protecting the young man from a slaughter and trying to remain committed to the work and sacrifice the other 52 players have put into this year.

It blows my mind how the majority of fans are putting this pile of heaping shit at Jays front door. Jay is helping and protecting this young man. He is not ready. He is not where close to being game ready.
