Jay needs to be fired but I feel bad for Chris Thompson here. If that isn't the writing on the wall idk what is.

Speaking of CT he hasn't looked the same this year, idk if he's lost a step since his brutal broken leg two years ago or if we're not utilizing him properly. But if he moves on I hope he signs with a winning team.

Somebody else suggested it but it's a legit theory: Snyder neuters Gruden and makes him earn his money for the rest of the year. Worst case scenario? We end up with the 1st overall pick.
