It will interfere with Sunday night football which is let's face it always the better prime time game the NFL has now. In the past it has also matched up with MNF. I know MLB used to avoid conflict but they seemed to have not worried about it as much as in the past.

It would only match up against MNF if the Friday, Saturday, or Sunday WS game gets rained out. Monday and Thursday are always the scheduled travel days in the WS.
