Personally I wouldn't mind seeing Ron Rivera as the Head Coach of the Redskins

Although with Dan Synder, I kind of doubt that Ron Rivera would want the job

Rivera gets me as excited as Tomlin does...really not moving the needle, but 2 guys with strong leadership skills but have struggled to get team with a lot of talent over the hump.

Again Bruce has to go first.
