The future of this team comes with whether Snyder fires Bruce Allen or not. Without dumping BA the coaching will stay at the current poor level. Only the mediocre or very inexperienced will come to coach here with BA as the GM and VP. It’s as simple as that.

Louis Riddick. He would take the job and I think he would do a good job. Bring him in and let him bring in his choice for coach.
