The Haskins Threat 2.0
Now that he's been ruled out for week 17 with the ankle sprain, let's get into reviewing his rookie year and what you think the future holds.
His overall numbers don't jump off the page, 58.6% completion rate, 1365 yards, 7 TDs, 7 INTs, BUT when you look at his numbers in his last 2 starts that's when you see some serious pop. 72% completion rate, 394 yards, 4 TDs, 0 INTs. I really wish we could have seen him play the entire game against the Giants. He was heading towards a monster day. |

Re: The Haskins Threat 2.0
He clearly did enough to make him the starter going into next year and to eliminate any thoughts some people might have had about taking Burrow if we are at 2 and Young goes at 1.

Re: The Haskins Threat 2.0
Only the Cincinnati Bungles could walk past Burrows. But there is the rub. It is the Bungles with the No. 1 pick.

Re: The Haskins Threat 2.0
I'm still on the fence but he at least showed some promise the last few weeks. However that should not stop the Redskins from drafting a QB in the mid rounds. Also I thought Case came in and did a real nice job. I'm bringing him back and drafting someone in the mid rounds. It's DH's job going into the off season but there should always be competition going on.

Looking forward to his progression in the off-season and getting a new coach and offense.

The talk about Haskins after his first two pieces of game action was laughable though. Idk that I've ever seen fans give up on a football player quicker. He legit had half the crowd here talking about who made the decision to draft a guy who wasn't ready in the first round. |

Re: The Haskins Threat 2.0
3 people deserve credit for Haskins improvement:
Haskins for changing his attitude and wanting to improve and be a pro Alex Smith for teaching Haskins what it takes to be a successful NFL QB Kevin O’Connell for teaching, coaching and making him successful with what he’s comfortable and challenging him.
