No way should Allen stay. 3-7 doesn't cut it for any team. Time to blow up the coaching front office. Get a real GM who can then get his head coach and front office (some can be retained) and in turn can get his coaching staff.... The best thing would be Snyder to sell the team but I don't see that happening

I heard the Meyer talk on the radio this week. And not as just helping Dan find a HC but as consideration for the HC. It was Sheehan this AM. I forgot who on Monday earlier this week. Honestly i forget the details as the talking heads were vague but it was Meyer being considered for the HC position and not just as part of Dan's search committee.
Sheehan said this morning that Callahan is not going to be the HC next year. Ron Rivera is a potential. No word on Allen's fate.
