Yeah. Three pro bowls in his five years with us. Got injured and had issues with Greg Williams if I remember correctly....just another really good player who had the misfortune of playing for the Washington Trainwrecks |

That's kind of a false narrative. He was always regarded as a freelancer, a guy who made plays but was never willing to completely buy in and play by the system. Gregg Williams couldn't stand him for that reason, G.Will only wants guys who are going to buy in. Then Lavar kept having problems with knee injuries, and eventually the relationship soured to the point Lavar was willing to pay the Redskins 4 million to get out of his contract. Then he signed with the Giants to get revenge on the Redskins twice a year and his career ended after he broke his leg in a bike accident.
