That's crazy talk. First of all, Cincy would be crazy not to simply take Burrow for themselves at #1. They need him badly.

Secondly, neither Burrow nor Young is going to make it past the Skins at #2. If the Bengals take Young, then the Skins will either take Burrow or trade the pick for a king's ransom.
