We can continue to act like Bruce Allen or we can take the best offer and move on.

The way I see it, and even though I'd love this situation to be solved as quickly as possible, the Skins have the leverage : TW is not in a position to sit out another year, and if he plays he'll want to put the best tape possible out there. Plus if he really was ready to sit out, the Skins have the threat of franchise tagging him in 2021... is he gonna sit that season out too ?

Trent is going to be 32 at the beginning of this season, 34 at the beginning of the 2022 season, which is how far this team could drag this thing if they wanted to.

He'll play next year. Either for a team ready to give us solid compensation, or for us.
