There is a new complex by my work that is on my way home from work (similar but slightly different route to work), that literally every single signal is broken. I mean like, if I'm going straight, from the opposite side, the left hand turn light will turn green when no one is going left, while I sit there with my thumb up my ass. That took me around twice to treat that intersection as a suggestion. Eventually I'm gonna get a $500 dollar ticket for going through that light, even though its 100% justified.

Where I live in Central Virginia all lights are on timers, not a single one is on a sensor. I wouldn't dare run a red light around here as there are cops hiding in places you would never see them in other states.
