Who's a Better Coach: Gibbs or Schottenheimer?

we lack horses, we play not to lose and we find a way to lose with a different culprit every week.i thought this team had turned a corner. i was wrong. they still don't know how to win, i feel as though gibbs doesn't trust this team enough to open it up.our defense did well, even giving 2 turn overs which our offense went 3 and out on both.our line is suspect, our qb can jittery at times. we have te who doesn't want the ball and our defense is not playing well against the run.it seems 3 qrts is about all we can get out of this team.i have to say that i am tired of watching this week in and week out with no end in sight.but, this is my team, but they are letting themselves and us down big time.i'm just tired of this,5 coaches and still the samething.
